Certik audit, passed with levitating colours!
On May 18 2021 our first eagerly awaited and official audit passed. You’ll be able to inspect the document in the link provided but if you’re just looking for a quick run down then you’ve come to the right place.
The audit paid special attention to the following considerations:
Testing the smart contracts against both common and uncommon attack vectors.
Assessing the codebase to ensure compliance with current best practices and industry standards.
Ensuring contract logic meets the specifications and intentions of the client.
Cross referencing contract structure and implementation against similar smart contracts produced by industry leaders.
Thorough line-by-line manual review of the entire codebase by industry experts.
The only issues worth explaining here are the ‘Major’ findings that relate to the DAO and time-lock functionality as you can see in the screen grab from the report below.
There is however, no need for concern. These findings have highlighted an essential feature of our DAO setup; the ability to adjust parameters within the contract code should we need to. Any changes that might occur are published on-chain by way of our multi-sig secured governance procedure. The time-lock is a feature gives anyone watching full transparency and is designed to engage the community.
